FAQs
When will we get our photos?
A.You will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within 4-6 weeks (depending on the season I photograph your story).
How many pictures will we receive?
A.The amount of digital pictures you will receive depends on your chosen package. I take as many pictures as I can but I always choose quality rather than quantity. I will choose the best and most significant photos to tell your story.
How do I reserve you for my date? Do you require a deposit?
A.All dates are reserved once we receive your signed contract and a 50% retainer fee.
If we cancel the wedding, will we receive our retainer fee back?
A.Unfortunately, No. Retainer fees are used to reserve your date and are non-refundable. Once we’ve reserved your date, we do not accept new clients for your date. If there are any scheduling conflicts, alternate dates can be discussed. However, if you wish to cancel your session, the retainer fee will be forfeited.
What is a retainer fee? and how can i pay for the retainer fee?
A.A retainer fee is a non-refundable deposit to secure your spot for a session or wedding. Payment for retainers can be made via Interac e-transfer or cash. The remaining balance for services must be paid in cash on the event date.
Do you give out raw files?
A.Raw files contain unprocessed data and can appear unfinished or less polished. As part of my creative process, I carefully edit each image to ensure it meets the highest quality and reflects the vision we discussed. This way, you get the best possible version of each photo. If you have specific preferences or need something different, feel free to let me know, and we can discuss other options.
